Liberty's RNs work independently in the home, backed by RN supervision and the Director of Nursing. If you prefer clinical complexity over routine visits, these are the assignments you have been looking for.

Assignment Types

Tracheostomy and ventilator RN

Airway management, suctioning, ventilator monitoring, and family teaching for patients on home ventilators.

Extended-hour and continuous-care RN

Day, overnight, and continuous skilled coverage for medically fragile children and adults.

IV and infusion RN

Infusion-pump management, line care, and medication administration per physician orders.

Complex wound-care RN

Wound assessment, ordered treatment, documentation, and infection prevention in the home.

Post-hospital transition RN

Discharge coordination, medication reconciliation, and early recognition of decompensation.

Where Assignments Are

Montgomery County, Prince George's County, and Southern Maryland. Assignments are matched to direction and availability; a preference is noted on your interest form.

What We Ask Of Our RNs

  • Active Maryland registered nurse (RN) license in good standing
  • Experience or strong orientation toward medically complex, high-acuity patients
  • Valid CPR and any certifications required for the specific assignment
  • Reliable transportation across Liberty’s Maryland service areas
  • Commitment to documentation, supervision, and the plan of care
  • References and background screening as required by policy
